To begin my process I conducted I collected the needs from the client and began a competitive analysis. I created collage of sites working with the client to meet their needs/aesthetic. After reaching an agreed few, I studied the colours, fonts, layout and design elements and took inspiration.
Competitive Analysis
I was able to source two potential users from the client who were in the target market. Insights from these user interviews highlighted concerns for privacy as well as proof of legitmacy due to user's common fears of scams commonly found in the health industry.
User Interviews
In order to address privacy concerns. We decided for the ceo manage an active blog on the site to provide more transparency and information to potential customers. I also included testimonials on main page.
I borrowed a few design elements from the competition (Highlighted under "elements and layout") and customised these to fit the design language.

Wireframing
I used the company colours sparelinly to avoid overwhelming the user. I also created a number of logos to match the brand, website design language and maintain a minimalistic and clear look for the site.
